Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled before despatch is initiated. Orders once processed are not eligible for cancellation. Instructions for cancellation of the order can be taken up before shipment of the products.
  2. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  3. In case of a return or cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the return of product to us and verification of the product and packing.
  4. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  5. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
  6. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
  7. Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
